A recent small-scale home remodel led us to replace all of our interior door knobs. Our exterior door knobs were this same rubbed bronze color, so I wanted to get indoor knobs that would match.I installed these myself, and within about 5 minutes I was able to remove the old knobs and install the new. Very simple, and I did not read the directions. There were directions in the box, and they looked pretty detailed. I'd assume they'd be more relevant if you were installing door knobs for the first time, or into a new door.We are very pleased with these. They don't feel "cheap" and seem very sturdy. The lock is easy to turn, but not so easy that you'll accidentally lock yourself out.
