This is a great way to get a little exercise in, and make a game of it with the kids. It was easy to hang and setup. We decided to mount it to a board that we padded and put a hanger on, to keep the walls extra safe. It's working great! We just used a little cheap shelf liner on the back, the nonslip rubberized kind. The instructions are easy to follow, but you don't really need them, it's simple to navigate. The included gloves are surprisingly good quality, and we liked them so much I got online and ordered everyone their own pair. They do a great job of protecting your knuckles when you get too enthusiastic. The size is perfect, big enough to give you a range of angkes without taking up a lot of space.I imagined this as a solo activity in my household, something for me to do that others might occasionally pick upif bored enough. I misjudged! When I pull out my gloves, a line forms! In fact, I've learned that if I want a solo bout I have to wait until everyone is at school, this has become a definite group activity. It's a fun gadget to have around. In a house full of kids you need every energy-draining activity you can find, and this panel is serving us well. Even the toddler in the house has learned to box a little, though his hits don't always register. It works great, and it's a hit! That makes it worth the money for us.
