My washer has a broken lifter in the drum which has resulted in a few lost pieces of clothing, so I bought this one to replace it. No big deal right? Well I should have done my homework before I bought it because you have to disassemble the ENTIRE washing machine to replace the lifter arms. I'm talkin pull the whole drum out of the washer which requires disassembling the whole thing and then you have to disassemble the DRUM. The moron Engineers at LG seemingly designed the entire washing machine around the lifter arm. I'm debating whether to return it and just take the hit on clothes. Seller was great and item got here a day earlier than it was supposed to.
